Ticket types explained

Concessions are classed as persons in full-time education and those aged over 60.
Please only book special access tickets for wheelchair users and their carers. We reserve the right to reallocate special access seats purchased for people without special access needs.

Buying tickets for multiple performances?

Firstly, that’s amazing, thank you. Second, just add all tickets, from each performance to your cart and checkout once, it’s really that easy. Look for the Cart symbol top right or in the navigation, click that and you will be taken to the checkout page.

Can you send my tickets in the post?

Sorry but no, we are no longer sending any tickets in the post. We believe that almost everyone has access to a printer, and as such, respectfully ask that you print a single A4 page per ticket you purchase. Please only leave a comment on your order if you require help, otherwise, we will assume that you are able to print them yourself.

Why aren’t you sending tickets in the post?

We are charity and we want to raise as much money for the charities that you help us to support. Each year, it costs us over £200 in ink, paper, envelopes and stamps to send out tickets, so by strictly enforcing this policy, you are helping to guarantee another £200 will be given to the charities you are helping to support.

We believe that everyone should have access to a printer, and, given each ticket is only one (1) A4 page, we hope that everyone will be able to print these at home, through work or maybe a neighbour, friend or a family member.

I don’t have a printer, what can I do?

Firstly, don’t worry. Obviously we would love it if you could print the ticket yourself, however, we completely understand that sometimes, we run out of ink or paper, or just don’t have a printer or computer at home or can’t print them at work. As such, if you cannot print them yourself, then there are 4 options:

  • save the tickets to your phone, they are in PDF format, remember each ticket is a single A4 PDF
  • screen-grab the (QR) barcode and seat number of each ticket, full screen to your phones photo library

Please only use the following 2 options as a last resort:

  • contact us and ask us to print them for you, they will be available at reception as usual – £1 voluntary contribution per ticket
  • lastly, we can search for you by name, however this takes 20-30 seconds PER PERSON as we can only search for one person at a time, not a group and we have to check each person in, one by one

What is your refund policy?

Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase unless the event is cancelled, abandoned or rescheduled. All bookings are final. If you can’t make it, why not gift your ticket or let us know and we can either gift your ticket on your behalf or sell your seat to someone else. After all, it’s for charity!

Why have you changed your booking system?

Hopefully you will find this new system much easier to use and faster. By switching to this system we are able to save time, make it easier for you and more importantly, save money, lots of money, each and every year. For years we’ve been asked to provide a system that enabled you to select your own seats, finally, this year, we’ve made this a reality and we hope you love it as much as we do.

Each ticket has a unique code on it which we will scan when you arrive, so by bringing a printed copy we can immediately scan you in which enables us to maintain a much needed fire list. We’ve never needed one to-date, and hope we will never need one in the future, however for Health and Safety reasons, being able to print a list of everyone, or at least an exact number of people in the building, we can help the fire service ensure that the building is empty in the event of an emergency.
